Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to bring holiday cheer to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

If your holiday decorations don’t sparkle with joy as expected, we’ll gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to opened items (excluding defective products)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom items from our My Door Decor collection
  • Opened seasonal consumables like Amscan party supplies
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your holiday decorations:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Include the original packing slip with RA number clearly written
  5. Ship to:

Exchange Process

For exchanges of items like Gemmy inflatables or Northlight ornaments:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • In your email, specify the replacement item you’d prefer
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Alpine Corporation decoration or Fraser Hill Farm centerpiece arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you
