Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- A 20% restocking fee applies to opened items (excluding defective products)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom items from My Door Decor collection
- Opened seasonal consumables like Amscan party supplies
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your holiday decorations:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include the original packing slip with RA number clearly written
- Ship to: JollyNestDecor Returns

Exchange Process
For exchanges of items like Gemmy inflatables or Northlight ornaments:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item you’d prefer
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Alpine Corporation decoration or Fraser Hill Farm centerpiece arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
