Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on customs processing in your country.

We want you to love your holiday decorations! If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Please note: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

For fastest service, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the correct product. This ensures you get your replacement holiday decor as quickly as possible during the busy season.

Our holiday elves apologize for the mix-up! Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for return shipping of the incorrect item and expedite shipment of your correct Amscan or Haute Decor product.

Our National Tree Company trees come with storage bags. Gently disassemble, wrap lights carefully, and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid crushing the branches to maintain their lifelike appearance for years to come.

While designed for outdoor use, we recommend bringing inflatables inside during extreme weather (heavy snow, high winds) to prolong their life. Always ensure proper anchoring as instructed in the manual.

For safety and energy efficiency, we recommend using timers with all holiday lighting. Most LED lights (including HOLIDYNAMICS) are cool to the touch, but should still be turned off when unattended.
