What if my decorations arrive damaged?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your holiday decorations! If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How should I store my artificial Christmas tree after the holidays?
Our National Tree Company trees come with storage bags. Gently disassemble, wrap lights carefully, and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid crushing the branches to maintain their lifelike appearance for years to come.
Are Gemmy inflatables suitable for all weather conditions?
While designed for outdoor use, we recommend bringing inflatables inside during extreme weather (heavy snow, high winds) to prolong their life. Always ensure proper anchoring as instructed in the manual.
Can I leave HOLIDYNAMICS lights on all night?
For safety and energy efficiency, we recommend using timers with all holiday lighting. Most LED lights (including HOLIDYNAMICS) are cool to the touch, but should still be turned off when unattended.
